Notidy ("the app") is made by Baran Borak. We built Notidy to be private by design.
We do not collect personal data. We have no servers and no user accounts.
If you choose to add places (for example your gym, or a place you want to stay away from), the app asks for permission to use your location. It is used only on your device to notice when you arrive at or leave those places, so a gym visit can be counted or a gentle pause can be offered.
If you record your reason in your own voice, the app asks for microphone access. The recording is saved only on your device, is played back only inside the app, and is never uploaded. You can delete it in Settings → You → Your reasons.
You can add up to 6 photos as reasons (for example, your family). You choose them with Apple's photo picker, so the app never gets access to your whole library. A resized copy is saved only on your device, location and other metadata are removed, and photos are never uploaded. Letters you write to your future self and your unsent messages are also stored only on your device. You can delete them in the app at any time.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. To manage subscription status, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from Apple. This data is not linked to your name or email and is not used for advertising or tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
notidy.app does not set cookies and does not use analytics today. If we add Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement in the future, the site will first ask for your consent (Google Consent Mode v2): nothing is measured until you choose "Accept", and you can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.
Your rights: under the EU GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. Write to support@notidy.app.
Notidy contains no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
Notidy is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Delete a counter in the app to remove it and its history, or delete the app to remove all data stored by it on your device.

Notidy kişisel veri toplamaz. Sunucumuz ve kullanıcı hesabı yoktur. Sayaçların, oruçların, denemelerin, dürtü notların, gönderilmeyen mesajların, bekleme listen, yazdığın neden cümlesi ve ayarların yalnızca cihazında saklanır, biz göremeyiz. Bildirimler cihazında planlanır.
Konum (isteğe bağlı): Yer eklersen (ör. spor salonun ya da uzak durmak istediğin bir yer) uygulama konum izni ister. Konum yalnızca cihazında, bu yerlere girip çıktığını anlamak için kullanılır. Kaydettiğin yerler ve ziyaretlerin sadece cihazında saklanır; konumun bize ya da başkasına asla gönderilmez. Konum geçmişi tutulmaz, rotan izlenmez. Yer araması Apple Haritalar ile yapılır. İzni istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Notidy → Konum bölümünden kapatabilirsin.
Ses kaydı (isteğe bağlı): Nedenini kendi sesinle kaydedersen uygulama mikrofon izni ister. Kayıt yalnızca cihazında saklanır, sadece uygulamada çalınır ve hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Ayarlar → Sen → Nedenlerin bölümünden silebilirsin.
Fotoğraflar ve mektuplar (isteğe bağlı): Neden olarak en fazla 6 fotoğraf ekleyebilirsin (örneğin ailen). Fotoğrafları Apple'ın fotoğraf seçicisiyle seçersin; uygulama tüm arşivine erişmez. Küçültülmüş bir kopyası yalnızca cihazında saklanır, konum ve diğer meta veriler silinir, hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Gelecekteki sana yazdığın mektuplar ve gönderilmeyen mesajlar da yalnızca cihazında kalır. İstediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin.
Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat, Apple'dan anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma geçmişini alır. Bu bilgi adına veya e-postana bağlı değildir, reklam ve takip için kullanılmaz.
Bu web sitesi: notidy.app şu an çerez kullanmaz ve ziyaret ölçümü yapmaz. İleride Google Analytics veya Google Ads ölçümü eklenirse site önce iznini ister (Google Consent Mode v2); "Kabul et" demeden hiçbir ölçüm yapılmaz ve tercihini alt kısımdaki "Çerez ayarları" ile değiştirebilirsin. Bize e-posta yazarsan adresini yalnızca cevap vermek için kullanırız.
Hakların: KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve AB GDPR kapsamında hakkında hangi verinin tutulduğunu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilir ve işlenmesine itiraz edebilirsin: support@notidy.app.
Reklam ve takip yoktur. Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Bir sayacı uygulamadan silerek geçmişiyle birlikte kaldırabilir, uygulamayı silerek tüm verileri kaldırabilirsin.
